Custom Order Processing Time
The estimated order processing time (making your jewellery) is between 3-13 business days (usually 3-5 days).
For personalized orders, the processing time is determined individually. Remember to (if possible) order your jewelry in advance! You’ll save yourself some extra stress, which you already have enough of when organizing your wedding, and I’ll sleep peacefully ; ) However, I know that in the rush of preparations, it’s not always possible; sometimes the package with the order needs to arrive just before the Big Day.
Shipping time and prices
In my store, shipments are delivered using:
- International Postal Shipping – usually 2-4 weeks – price depends on Shipping zones
- Shipping to pickup point/locker – usually 1-3 weeks – FREE (Please message me before purchasing to arrange the nearest available pickup point.)
- To USA: UPS WWE DDP – usually 2-4 weeks – 15eur
- Expedited shipping – Please message me before purchasing
The delivery time of a package is mostly dependent on the destination country to which it is sent. No carrier guarantees the “delivery time” of a package. Only an “estimated delivery time” is provided. From my experience, to most countries around the world, my packages arrive within the estimated time provided above.
Exceptions:
- Africa, Asia, Oceania – delivery to countries in those zones takes much longer, usually 1-2 months.

Returns
For orders with a delivery address outside the EU, the standard 14-day right of return does not apply.
